KAKEAI INTERACTION Day 2020」
「現場でマネジメントに向き合う個人・生の声にフォーカスしたオンラインイベント｜KAKEAI INTERACTION Day 2020」
働き方の形態がどれだけ変化しようとも、そこに確かに存在し続ける、人と人・人と組織の関わりという実態。
KAKEAI INTERACTION Day 2020は、実際の現場で日々マネジメントに向き合われる皆さまや人事の皆さまという“個人” “生の声”にフォーカスしながら、今、私たちが新たな働き方へ適応し実態を進化させるための気づきやヒントを提供するオンラインイベントです。
◾️開催
10月2日（金）13:00〜19:00　オンライン｜参加費無料
第1回である今年は、イベントの主旨にご賛同いただいた『各界の事業・人事の最前線でご活躍される皆さま』や「マネジメント支援クラウドシステム｜カケアイ」をご利用中のマネジャーや企業の中で、特に従業員の皆さまの「1on1の満足度」や「成長の実感」が抜きんでた皆さまをゲストにお招きし、10月2日（金）にオンラインにて開催いたします。
◾️Insight Session
環境変化に対応しながら、人と人・組織と人の関わり方の進化に取り組むリーダーに登壇いただきます。「テレワーク下での事業・部門経営の舵取り」や「マネジメントのポイント」、「コロナ禍・アフターコロナにおけるこれからの働き方」をパネルディスカッションを通じて皆さんと一緒に考えていきます。

◾️Award Session
現場のマネジメント支援クラウドシステム「ピープルサクセス プラットフォーム｜カケアイ」のご利用データにもとづき、従業員の皆様の「1on1」満足度や「成長の実感」の度合いが高いマネジャーや企業をご紹介します。
Award Sessionでは、ピープルマネジメントへの向き合い方や1on1などにおけるメンバーとの関わりで大切にされていることをお話しいただきます。
KAKEAI INTERACTION Day 2020 will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020.
No matter how much the ways of working change, the reality of people-to-people and people-to-Organizations relationships will always exist.
KAKEAI INTERACTION Day 2020 is an online event that will focus on the “real voices” of the people who actually deal with management on a daily basis in the field, as well as human resources professionals, to provide us with insights and hints for adapting to new ways of working and evolving the reality of today’s work.

Friday, October 2, 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. Online | Free of charge
This year’s inaugural event will be held online on Friday, October 2, inviting guests who are active on the front lines of business and human resources in various fields and managers and companies using KAKEAI Management Support Cloud System, and who have demonstrated outstanding 1-on-1 satisfaction and growth among their employees.
◾️Insight Session
Leaders who are working to evolve the way people interact with each other and with organizations while responding to the changing environment will be invited to speak.
Through panel discussions, we will consider “steering business and departmental management under remote work/telework,” “key management points,” and “how to work in the future in the covid-19 disaster and after,” together with you.
■Award Session
Based on the data from KAKEAI, our on-site management support cloud system, we will introduce managers and companies with the highest levels of 1 on 1 satisfaction and growth among their employees.
In the Award Session, they will discuss their approach to people management and what they value in their 1-on-1 relationships with their employees.
