人事領域へのテクノロジー活用を表彰する国内最高クラスのアワード、経済産業省後援「第5回 HRテクノロジー大賞」において、サービス提供企業の最高賞「イノベーション賞」を受賞しました。

「個人知をデータで組織知化し、展開・流通させる技術」をコアテクノロジーとし、環境変化に伴い重要性が高まる「事業と現場マネジャー・メンバー」支援の新たなソリューションを確立。「マネジャーが世界中のTipsから刺激を得られ、自身がデータを活かし行動を変える1on1の仕組み」等で、属人的なピープルマネジメントを変革。これまでにない事業と従業員視点でのテクノロジー活用でありつつ、利用により業績+33%・離職率-37%や、管理職研修費削減という成果を発揮していることが優れたサービスであると高く評価。
