■受賞理由
「マネジメントというものが属人的なものに陥っていた理由として、誰が（上司）、誰の（部下）、どのような状況において、どのように関わり、それを部下がどのように感じたか、という項目の曖昧性が挙げられる。これらの要素を、脳科学や独自のUX・UIを用いてデータ化し、目的に資する状態にまでプロダクトとして成立させている。また、マネジメントナレッジのプラットフォームとして、個人に眠っている知見が広く展開される状態を創出した点」が評価されました。

“One of the reasons that Management could not avoid individualistic tragedy was one could not measure the uncertain feelings of people that are involved during a certain situation and thus could not judge or correct the behavior of both parties. Though this product has succeeded to measure the uncertainty mentioned above by using original UI/UX combined with cutting edge knowledge of Brain Science. Also as a platform of management knowledge, this makes it possible to spread the knowledge that was hidden inside of great individuals.”
